Helping Women to Dive Deeply into Scripture: Learn Inductive Bible Study

Equipping women with the necessary tools that enable them to study God’s Word on their own, helping them grow in discernment, wisdom, and their love for Jesus.

Let His Word Richly Dwell Within You

What is inductive Bible study?

Inductive Bible study is a method of studying the Bible that involves three main steps: observation, interpretation, and application. This approach encourages you to start with the text itself, rather than bringing in external ideas or theological concepts at the outset.

Observation

Examine the text closely to note facts and details without assuming meaning.

Interpretation

Understand the context and meaning behind the text to uncover its original message.

Application

Apply the biblical principles learned to your life for personal growth and spiritual development.

Inductive Bible study promotes a deeper understanding of the Bible by encouraging you to discover its meaning and relevance through direct interaction with the text. It’s particularly effective for those wanting to dig deeper into the Bible, develop critical thinking skills in relation to Scripture, and apply its teachings more faithfully in their lives.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Colossians 3:16

Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

Hi! My name is Maria.

Since 2007, I’ve had the joy of serving the Lord through missions. Over the years, I’ve partnered with Central Missionary Clearinghouse, the North American Mission Board, Global Outreach International, and Reaching and Teaching International Ministries. Each of these opportunities has deepened my love for discipleship and the local church. Now in Elgin, South Carolina, I’m grateful to serve alongside my husband as he pastors Blaney Baptist Church. Though my international mission work has ended, my passion for teaching and studying God’s Word continues—especially in helping women grow in their understanding of Scripture and their walk with Christ. In this season, my desire is simply to serve the Lord faithfully and encourage others to do the same.

2 Timothy 2:15

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.
